Welcome all to Eastleighwood organization and fulfill your mission in capacity building and Youth Dialogue
is a conceptual approach to development that focuses on understanding the obstacles that inhibit people in the society , governments, international organizations and non-governmental organizations from realizing their development goals while enhancing the abilities that will allow them to achieve measurable and sustainable results.Eastleighwood  conducts the youth dialogue, capacity building programs with the aims of strengthening the skills, competencies and abilities of people and communities in developing societies so they can overcome the causes of their exclusion and suffering.
Capacity building at individual level requires the development of conditions that allow individual participants to build and enhance knowledge and skills. It also calls for the establishment of conditions that will allow individuals to engage in the "process of learning and adapting to change.
Capacity building at society and communities should support the establishment of a more "interactive public administration that learns equally from its actions and from feedback it receives from the population at large." Community capacity building must be used to develop public administrators that are responsive and accountable
Staff level helps in building up skills and abilities, such as decision making, policy-formulation, appraisal, and learning. It is not uncommon for donors in the global north to fund capacity building for staff themselves in institution, organizations e.t.c. For organizations, capacity building may relate to almost any aspect of its work: improved governance, leadership, mission and strategy, administration program development and implementation, fund-raising and income generation, diversity, partnerships and collaboration, evaluation, advocacy and policy change, marketing, positioning, and planning.
Welcome all to Eastleighwood organization and fulfill your mission in capacity building and youth dialogue programs to improve your way of strengthening the skills, competencies and abilities of people and communities in developing societies so that you can overcome the causes of their exclusion and suffering.
